Lester B. Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is Canada's busiest airport located on the boundary between the city of Toronto and the city of Mississauga.
Other local smaller airports are: Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (Toronto Island Airport) located south-west of downtown offers limited commercial and passenger service.
Toronto/Buttonville Municipal Airport in Markham provides general aviation facilities (primarily civil aviation, medical flights and regional airlines using turboprop planes).
